These terms govern your use of XcShip ("the App"), provided by NYRAI LLC ("we", "us").
License
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use XcShip. A license activates on one Mac at a time; you may move it to another Mac by deactivating on the first. The App includes a 14-day free trial; continued use after the trial requires a one-time purchase.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own Apple Developer account and for complying with Apple's agreements and App Store guidelines. XcShip automates submission steps on your behalf; you remain responsible for what you submit.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Gumroad. If XcShip isn't working for you, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
