XcShip ("the App") is operated by NYRAI LLC ("we", "us"), a Massachusetts limited liability company. XcShip is a macOS application that runs entirely on your own Mac. This policy explains what it does and does not do with your information.

What stays on your device

Your App Store Connect API key (.p8), Team ID, Issuer ID, and Key ID are stored in your Mac's Keychain and never leave your device except when the App talks directly to Apple's own App Store Connect API on your behalf to build and submit your apps.

What we collect

We do not collect personal data, run analytics, or track you. There is no account. Specifically:

• License verification — when you activate, the App sends your license key and product ID to Gumroad to confirm your purchase, along with a one-way hashed identifier of your Mac used solely to bind the license to your machine. We do not receive payment details.
• Update checks — the App periodically requests xcship.nyrai.ai to see whether a newer version exists. This is a standard web request and includes no personal data.
• Your app data — screenshots, metadata, and builds are processed locally and sent only to Apple's App Store Connect, which you direct.

Third parties

The App communicates only with Apple (App Store Connect) and Gumroad (license verification). We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
